Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a scheduling form, email or telephone request does not guarantee service. A booking is confirmed only after Hibachi Panda accepts the date, address, guest count, menu, deposit and payment requirements in writing.
Pricing, Minimums and Travel Fees
Displayed pricing is a starting framework. Final pricing may change based on distance, menu upgrades, guest count, taxes, gratuity, staffing, special requirements and travel fees. The confirmed written quote controls.
Deposits, Payments, Changes and Cancellations
Deposits or advance payments may be required. Rescheduling, cancellation, refund and final-payment terms will be provided with the booking confirmation and may vary by event.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate event information, obtain property and venue permission, provide a safe and lawful cooking area, supervise minors and guests, disclose allergies, provide adequate space and seating, and follow chef setup instructions.
Weather and Outdoor Conditions
Outdoor service may be affected by rain, wind, lightning, extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions. The customer should arrange an approved covered alternative when appropriate.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requests
Dietary requests must be disclosed before confirmation. Mobile cooking environments may involve shared equipment and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contact.
Conduct and Safety
Service may be paused, changed or refused when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening or materially different from the booking information.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics and layout may not be copied or reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Governing Terms
Any additional written booking terms, invoice terms or event-specific agreements are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
