Booking Requests

Submitting a form does not guarantee service. A booking is confirmed only after Hibachi Panda accepts the date, address, guest count, menu and payment requirements. Travel fees, deposits, minimums and cancellation terms may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate event information, obtain property or venue permission, provide a safe and legal cooking area, supervise minors and guests, disclose allergies, and follow chef setup instructions. Outdoor setup is generally preferred.

Pricing and Changes

Displayed pricing is a starting framework and may change based on distance, menu upgrades, guest count, taxes, fees or special requirements. The confirmed written quote controls.

Conduct and Safety

Service may be paused or refused when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive or materially different from the booking information.
